I am sure you have heard of fast food living in this fast paced world. One of the great things about working at home to create a great home life is how much more time can go into preparing food the more traditional old fashioned way. I have not always treasured this though. I have played right into the busyness by being a great multi-tasker and teaching that to our children. I think there is a goodness about that too as long as we don’t lose site of which things need a little more time spent on them. And the first time you do anything you don’t have the muscle memory to do it effortlessly. The longer I make kefir the less it seems like work and I seriously enjoy the process as well as the product.
